Employee Recognition In A Union Environment
(Downloadable Version Only!)
Product Description
Some organizational environments pose special challenges when it comes to recognizing employees. One such challenge is the union environment. Recognizing employees can be viewed as a type of favoritism. In one extreme case I know of, an education union even opposed the organization giving out years-of-service awards!
