Overcoming Fear of Taking Initiative (Downloadable Version Only!)

Do what needs to be done without waiting to be told involves taking initiative --- and taking risks. Most people, I've learned, are risk-averse, preferring to play it safe. I find we tend not to take initiative because of fear, frustration, or failure.
