Recognition Lessons from Allied Signal

I recently worked with the Industrial Fibers plant of AlliedSignal, Inc. in Moncure, NC. This plant makes different types of polyester strands from chemicals which are used in such products as seatbelts and radial tires. I learned several things from what they have done to make recognition an integral part of their organization's success. Here are a few of the do's and don'ts I learned from this industry leader.
